Observations:

Those are comercial prices;

All visual identities are made as vetorial arts! That means you can resize the original file as wanted without it losing quality;

All visual identity commissions comes with the color palette used;

You can ask for different versions if wanted, but this may increase the price;

Too complex commissions may have a price increase;

DingBats can't have very complex arts, so keep that in mind! (Too complex desings will be simplified to fit);

By commissioning me, you automatically agree with my Terms Of Service

I have all rights over my art, that means I can post it anywhere for promotional purpose or not (if you don't want your commission to be posted, please tell me beforehand)

I will ask how you want the art to be and references, such as images, character personality, poses, etc, so please be clear when sending those (or you can choose an artistic liberty art)

Don't send an incomplete or unclear reference

Don't send me a NSFW reference, unless I ask you to

I will start your art piece once receive the payment (or at least the first part of it)

Payment must be via PayPal or bank transfer (prefered)

Payment plans are available

Renfunds can happen before the sketch approval or if I'm the one canceling the commission

After the sketch got approved, no refunds will be possible

You can ask for a deadline if the commission is for a birthday gift, specific holiday or special situations (ask me in private)

I normally take max. a week to finish an art piece, but this may vary a lot, so feel free to ask me for updates of your commission

If I have unforeseen events happening, will let you know

WIPs will be sent during sketch, lineart, flat colors, full colors, rendering and the final piece or at any time if I have some doubt (if you want more WIPs sent, let me know)

If I tell you that would send a WIP and don't, please message me (I might have forgotten)

Don't use my art commercially (only if it's an art/edit cover or discussed beforehand)

Always give me the proper credits

You ARE NOT allowed to use my art to train AIs

I use now Nightshade/Glaze on ALL my arts, so you're not allowed to post the image without its effects to avoid AI theft

You will receive the original art piece and the one with Nightshade/Glaze effect

Don't repost the unwatermarked version

Don't make it seem as if you have done the picture

Don't put your watermark over it

Editing the image is not acceptable

I will do: animals, pets, furries, humans, monsters, humanoids, drug related, vent, gore, suggestive (but NOT EXPLICIT), artistic nude

I won't do: mechas, explicit sexual art, harmful themes (as racism, transphobia, homophobia, nazism, facism, pedo, zoo, etc), themes that makes me uncomfortable (ask)
